We are centrally located downtown, a short walk from the Studio and Avon Theatres, the Revival House and The Prune.
Allison's Brunswick House is a unique 1857 Pre-Confederation house, built by Dr. Peter Shaver, Stratford's first physician.
We provide a healthy full breakfast in an artistic and antique atmosphere, with a photo-gallery of writers in the dining room.
Your hosts, Gay Allison and Geoff Hancock, are well-known published authors, poet and editors.
We offer a large family room, twins and doubles, with central air
conditioning, a large verandah, wi-fi, exceptional library, piano and
parking. Families and groups are welcome. Bathrooms are shared. Reiki and Tarot available.
Our rates begin at Cdn $150.00. The Family Room rate varies from $175 to $225 depending on the number of guests. Reservations are recommended. One night's deposit required. Cancellation fee. Check-in: 1 pm. Check-out: 10:30 am, although we're flexible.
